We are able to arrange conference / event at any venue, not limited to UCT venues.

  • Booking of the conference / event venues most suited to your needs.
  • Block bookings of hotel accommodation for delegates and speakers.
  • Travel arrangements: international and national.
  • Overseas & local speakers: liaison, call for abstracts, travel and accommodation arrangements, special requirements.
  • Liaison with traffic officials re parking arrangements.
Conference, Delegates and Social Functions
  • Delegates: liaison, travel, special requirements.
  • Social arrangements: banquets, cocktail parties, theme evenings, team building excursions, partner’s programmes, pre and post conference tours.
  • Website, including online registration.
  • Catering arrangements.
  • Liaison with Health Professions Council of SA re CPD Points.
  • Transportation arrangements for delegates between airport, hotels, conference venue and social events.
Publicity and Conference Printing
  • Media coverage.
  • Publicity in various local and overseas journals as well as on the internet.
  • Typing, duplicating and printing - our office is equipped with up-to-date computers, laser printers, fax machines, duplicating machines etc.
  • Programmes, handouts & publicity material of excellent quality.
Trade
  • Sponsorship : initial approach and follow-up (in consultation with the organising committee).
  • Arrange and control trade/scientific exhibitions.
Other
  • Registration: comprehensive registration forms, organisation of registration desk, obtaining satchels, name badges etc.
  • Compiling and packing of registration materials.
  • Control of finances with budgets produced throughout the planning stage.
  • Our fees are very competitive and are based on 15% of the gross income and are fully inclusive.
